# Your Privacy

This policy explains what Elias Marlowe Photography collects through this site, why I keep it and how you can ask me to change or delete it. I run the studio alone, so I keep very little.

What I collect from you

The contact form asks for your name, your email and a short message. If we work together, I also keep what the quote, the shoot and the invoice need.

How I use your details

I use your details to reply to you, prepare a quote, plan the shoot and send your photos. I never add you to a mailing list unless you ask.

Cookies and analytics

The site uses a few cookies to work properly and one basic analytics tool that counts visits. No advertising cookies. You can block cookies in your browser.

Who sees your information

Only the crew on your shoot and the print lab or gallery host I use, each under contract and for that job alone. I never sell your details.

How long I keep

Messages are kept for one year. Client files and invoices are kept as long as tax rules and your licence require.

Security

Galleries are private and password protected, and files sit on encrypted drives. Only the people who need access ever get it.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the details I hold about you, or ask me to stop using them.

Photos and galleries

Your photos are shared only with you. I show work in my portfolio only with your written consent, and you can withdraw it later.

Children's privacy

This site is not meant for children under 13. I photograph minors only with a parent present and signed consent.

Changes to this policy

I may update this policy as the studio changes. Any update appears on this page, with a new date at the top.
