How it’s made
Fit
Two hours on the jig. We take 23 measurements and ask how you actually ride.
Mitre
Every tube cut to the tenth of a millimetre, by hand, then filed until it kisses.
Braze
Brass or silver, 900 °C, one joint at a time. Then we file the fillets smooth.
Finish
Powder, wet paint or bare titanium. Your name under the top tube, if you ask.
Build log
The last twelve frames out of the door, and who rode off on them. Hover a name. Or tap it, if you’re on a phone at the café.
Your size, roughly
Two numbers are enough for a first sketch. Slide them and watch the tubes move. Everything else, we measure in person.
