### Delivery

How long does delivery take?

Small pieces leave us within a few days. Furniture made in small batches takes longer, and each product page shows its own delivery time.

Do you deliver to Canada too?

Yes, we deliver across the US and Canada. Delivery is free on orders over $500, and the rate for smaller orders shows at checkout before you pay.

Will you place my furniture?

Yes. Larger pieces are carried into the room you choose, unpacked and set in place, and we take the packaging away with us.

### Returns

How do returns and refunds work?

You have 60 days from delivery. Write to us through the contact form and we'll arrange collection and a refund.

Can I return a sale item?

Yes. Sale pieces have the same 60-day returns as everything else, as long as they come back unused.

What if something arrives damaged?

Take a photo and send it through the contact form. We reply within one working day with a repair or a replacement.

### Care tips

How do I care for oiled oak?

Dust with a dry cloth, wipe spills soon and re-oil the oak once a year. It darkens a little and looks better with age.

Can I wash the linen?

Yes. Wash it warm on a gentle cycle and dry it on a line. Washed linen is meant to look relaxed, so there's no need to iron it.

Is the stoneware food safe?

Yes. Every piece is hand-glazed in Portugal with food-safe glazes, so bowls, plates and mugs are ready for daily use.

Delivery

### Free delivery on orders over $500

Orders over $500 travel free across the US and Canada, and larger pieces are carried in and placed for you.

Returns

### 60 days to live with it

Try a piece in your own room. If it isn't right, send it back within 60 days for a full refund.

Warranty

### 10 years on frames

Every oak frame is covered for ten years. If a joint loosens or a leg fails, we repair or replace it.

### A free 30-minute call

Talk your room through with a stylist, then get a moodboard and floor plan at no cost.
