Boreholes before opinions. The ground decides the programme, so we find out what it is first.
Temporary works
Every permanent structure is held up by a temporary one. Ours are designed, not improvised.
Frame
Core, columns, slabs. A cycle you can set a calendar by, because the trades behind us are setting theirs by it too.
Envelope handover
We leave a frame that is plumb, level and dimensionally honest, so the cladding contractor has nothing to argue about.
