We place houses that were built with intention with the people who intend to keep them that way.

A private list: Most of what we hold is never advertised. Introductions are made one at a time, to someone the owner has already agreed to meet.
Read by builders: Every house is surveyed by people who put them up — structure, light, orientation, and what the next twenty years will cost to run.
Held, not turned over: We would rather wait two years for the right owner than close in a month with the wrong one. It is what keeps the collection worth joining.
