The Oval Hour
Three glasses, one hour, nothing to sleep off.
Our signature serves need a glass, some ice and about two minutes. No shaker skills, no bar cart, no morning after.
Garden Tonic
- 1Pack a copa glass to the brim with large, clear ice.
- 2Pour in 50 ml of Oval Rosemary.
- 3Top with 120 ml of cold tonic, poured slowly down a bar spoon.
- 4Twist a strip of lemon peel over the glass, then drop it in.
Pink Hour Spritz
- 1Fill a large wine glass two-thirds with ice.
- 2Add 50 ml of Oval Grapefruit and a squeeze of fresh pink grapefruit.
- 3Lengthen with 100 ml of soda water and stir once.
- 4Clap a sprig of thyme between your palms and tuck it in.
Juniper Sour
- 1Add 50 ml Oval Juniper, 25 ml lemon juice and 15 ml syrup to a shaker.
- 2Add 25 ml of aquafaba and shake hard, without ice, for 15 seconds.
- 3Add ice and shake again until the tin feels frosty.
- 4Double-strain into a chilled coupe and let the foam settle.
