# Returns

##### Returns demo

## Returns, as a demo topic

No orders are placed here. Pantry Riot is fictional, so these notes explain what a real merchant must define rather than set return conditions.

The products and cart are design examples. No purchase exists to cancel, return or refund. Read the eight topics as a guide to the operational details a merchant would need before trading, not as a customer policy or a statement of legal rights.

### Demo notice

This site cannot accept returned goods because it does not sell or send them. Do not post items to the demo kitchen or treat a page label as a return authorisation.

### Before ordering

A real merchant would need to explain its terms before taking payment, including how customers can raise problems. This demo has no checkout service, so there is no order to confirm or cancel.

### Food items

The jars and bottles are fictional product examples. A trading food business would need to explain how it handles product concerns and any applicable return requirements. This page sets no food-return rule.

### Merchandise

The beanie, cap and tee demonstrate a merchandise range only. A real seller would need to define sizing information and a suitable process for merchandise returns. No condition or deadline is created here.

### Issues

There is no customer-service inbox or issue-submission system connected. In a working store, a merchant would need to explain how buyers can report an incorrect or damaged item and what details are needed.

### Exchanges

No exchange stock or exchange service exists in this demo. A merchant would need to decide how exchanges work and state any applicable conditions before offering them.

### Refunds

The demo takes no payments, so there is no payment to refund. A real merchant would need a refund process that fits its payment provider and legal duties; this page sets no amount, eligibility rule or timetable.

### Questions

hello@pantryriot.example is a reserved, non-delivering demo address. Do not send return requests or personal details there. A live shop would need a genuine contact route.
