This policy applies to oblik.studio, our newsletter and any enquiry you send us. Oblik Studio, Lda. is the data controller, based in Lisbon, Portugal, and we process personal data in line with the EU General Data Protection Regulation. We collect only what we need to answer you, deliver our work and improve this site. Using the site means you accept these practices.
What information do we collect?
We collect the details you choose to share with us: your name, email address, company, phone number and what you write in our forms. When you browse the site we also receive basic technical data such as your browser type, device, approximate location derived from your IP address and the pages you visit. If you apply for a role, we store your CV, portfolio link and our interview notes.
How we use your information
We use your details to reply to enquiries, prepare proposals, deliver client projects, send the newsletter you signed up for and assess job applications. Technical data helps us understand which pages are useful, fix problems and keep the site fast. We never sell your data, or use it for automated decisions.
Data protection
Your information is stored with reputable providers inside the European Economic Area wherever possible, protected by encryption in transit and at rest. Access is limited to the people at Oblik who need it to do their job, and every account is secured with two-factor authentication. We review our security practices every year.

We use a small number of essential cookies to keep the site working and privacy-friendly analytics to measure visits in aggregate. Marketing cookies are only set if you accept them in the cookie banner, and you can change your choice at any time from the link in the footer of every page.

We may update this policy when our services, tools or legal obligations change. The date at the top always shows the latest version, and if we make a meaningful change we will tell newsletter subscribers by email before it takes effect.
