where is my order number?

At the top of your demo receipt on the order details page, and beside every order in your demo account.

which email does the lookup need?

The demo email shown on your receipt. No real inbox is checked and nothing is sent to it.

can my address change after ordering?

There is no real address to change. Demo orders never leave the shelf, so edit away in your account.

how do returns work?

Nothing ships, so nothing comes back. If a jar were real, you would start a return from the order in your account.

can the same jars be reordered?

Yes, in theory. Completed demo orders show an order again button that refills the demo bag.
