Since 2014

Lucía Ortega opened Zuma in Barcelona in 2014 to give daring brands a home. Twelve years on, we still pair sharp strategy with work that makes noise.

What clients say

In their words

Zuma's campaign doubled our launch-week sales. The film, the posters, the social cuts: every piece came from one loud, clear idea.

Daniel Kroll

Founder, Pixl

For years our gadgets looked better than our brand. Zuma fixed that in 14 weeks, and now the brand finally looks like the product.

Brand Head, Lumo

Honest feedback, fast rounds, zero fluff. Zuma told us what wasn't working, fixed it, and shipped our new packaging ahead of plan.

The first redesign our readers actually noticed. Letters arrived within a week, and nearly all of them were kind. That never happens.

FAQs

Good to know

How does a project with Zuma usually get started?

With a short call. We listen, ask the awkward questions, then send a clear proposal with scope, timeline and price, so you know exactly what you get.

How long does a new brand or website usually take?

A brand identity sprint takes about 4 weeks on our Launch plan. A full identity plus a website of up to 8 pages takes around 10 weeks. Bigger builds get their own plan.

Do you work with clients outside Spain?

All the time. We're based in Barcelona and working worldwide, with clients across many time zones. We plan calls and reviews around your hours, not just ours.

What do you need from our side before the work can start?

One decision-maker, honest feedback and what you already have: brand files, research, numbers. We handle the rest and keep you in the loop every week.

Can you work alongside our in-house design or marketing team?

Yes. We often act as an extension of in-house teams, sharing files and tools, then hand everything over cleanly once the work is live.
