What we collect
When you order, we collect your name, delivery and billing address, email and phone number so we can deliver your pieces and keep you updated. When you book design help, we also keep the notes and room photos you choose to share. Our site records basic, non-identifying usage data, such as pages visited and device type, to help us improve the shop.
How we use your information
We use your details to process and deliver orders, arrange returns and repairs under our 10-year frame warranty, answer your messages and plan your room with a stylist. If you join the newsletter, we send one letter a month. We never use your details for anything you have not asked for.
Keeping it safe
Payments are handled by our payment partner over encrypted connections, and we never see or store your full card number. Your account and order details sit on secure servers with limited, need-to-know access for our team. No system is perfect, but we review our safeguards regularly and act quickly if anything looks wrong.
