01What we collect and why
Only what we need. When you use our contact form we get your name, your email and the brief you send. Sign up for the newsletter and we keep your email. Our site also logs basic visit data, like pages viewed and browser type.
02How we use what you send us
We use your details to reply to your brief, send the newsletter you asked for and see which pages people read. That's it. We never use your information to build ad profiles or message you about things you didn't ask for.
03Cookie use
We use a few cookies to keep the site working and privacy-friendly analytics to count visits. Non-essential cookies stay off until you say yes, and you can clear them in your browser anytime.
04Who sees your data
Only our crew and the few tools that run this site, like hosting, analytics and our newsletter service. Each is bound to protect your data. We never sell, rent or trade it, or share it with advertisers.
05Your choices
You can ask to see the data we hold about you, fix it, move it or have it deleted. Every newsletter has a one-click unsubscribe. To make a request, use the contact form and we'll sort it within 30 days.
06Safekeeping
We keep contact form messages for up to two years, then delete them unless we're working together. Newsletter emails stay until you unsubscribe. Only our crew has access, via encrypted storage.
07When this policy changes
If we change how we handle your data, we'll update this page and the date above. Big changes get a heads-up in the newsletter. Questions? Use the contact form and we'll reply within 48 hours.
