Terms of Service

This site shows our work and helps you reach us. You may browse, share links and quote short passages with credit. Please do not copy case studies, scrape content or try to break the site. Using it means you accept these terms.

Every project starts with a written proposal setting out scope, timeline, fees and one success metric. Work begins once it is signed and the first invoice is paid. Scope changes are agreed in writing before we act.

Once paid in full, you own the final deliverables we make for you. We keep our tools, methods and unused concepts, and may show the finished work in our portfolio unless we agree otherwise.

Project fees are billed in the stages set out in the proposal; monthly plans are billed in advance. Invoices are due within 14 days, and late payment may pause work until it is settled.

We take care with everything we ship, but we are not liable for indirect losses. Our total liability on any project is capped at the fees you paid for it in the twelve months before a claim.

Either side may end a project with 30 days' written notice. You pay for work done up to that date and receive the files produced so far. Monthly plans can be paused or cancelled at any time.

We may revise these terms as the studio grows; the current version always lives here with its date. Signed proposals keep the terms in force when signed. Portuguese law applies.
