Fruit drinks became boring.
So we started making ones that aren't. That's the entire founding story and it took about nine months longer than expected.
We started in 2023 in a rented kitchen in Bermondsey with a soda siphon, a set of scales and a spreadsheet of combinations that mostly didn't work.
The first one that did was grapefruit and black pepper, and only because we ran out of ginger. It stayed on the recipe list for six weeks before anybody admitted they liked it.
There are nine of us now. Two of those nine are entirely occupied by logistics, which nobody warns you about.

We'd have to add sweeteners, and then it would taste like a different drink wearing our label.

Canned in Leicestershire by people who have been doing it for thirty years and are very calm about it.
Where it's going
Two new flavours in the autumn. One of them has a vegetable in it. We're still arguing about whether to say which.
