What we collect

• Your name, email and delivery address when you order.
• Your email if you join the newsletter.
• What you send us through the contact form.
• Basic, anonymous analytics about which pages get visited.

We never see or store card numbers. Payments are handled by the payment provider.

Why we use it

To deliver your order, answer your questions and, if you've asked for it, send the newsletter. That's the full list. We don't sell or rent your details to anyone.

Your browser

This site keeps saved flavours and your compare list in local storage on your device, which you can clear in your browser settings. Your basket, account and orders are kept on our server.

How long we keep it

Order records are kept for six years, because the tax office asks us to. Newsletter details are kept until you unsubscribe. Contact form messages are deleted after a year.

Your rights

You can ask to see what we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted. Email us and we'll do it within a month, usually much sooner. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office.

Changes

If we change this policy we'll update the date at the top. If it's a big change, we'll email customers about it.
