Terms.

The terms of sale for pulpdrinks.co. Short, because selling soda isn't complicated.

Ordering

When you place an order you'll get an email confirming we've received it. The contract starts when we send a second email saying it has been dispatched.

Prices

Prices include VAT. Single cans are £2.40, 4-packs £9.20, 12-packs £26 and the mixed box £24. Delivery is £3.95 to UK mainland, free over £25.

Coupons

One coupon per order. Coupons have no cash value and can't be swapped for anything else. Expired coupons stay expired, including the cucumber one.

Delivery

Two working days by tracked courier to UK mainland. We don't ship abroad yet. See delivery & returns for the details.

Cancelling and returns

You can cancel any time before dispatch. Because drinks are food, we can't take opened cans back, but anything that arrives damaged gets replaced.

Age

There's no alcohol and no caffeine in PULP, so there's no age limit. You do need to be 18 to hold an account and pay.

The law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. Nothing here affects your statutory rights.
