Orders
How fast do orders ship?
Beans are roasted Monday and Wednesday and ship the next morning. UK delivery takes one to three working days, and you'll get tracking by email.
Do you deliver outside the UK?
Not yet. For now it's UK only, but you can collect from the café any day we're open, free of charge.
Whole bean or ground?
Whole bean by default, because it stays fresh longer. Choose a grind at checkout for espresso, filter, cafetière or stovetop and we'll do it to order.
Can I return something I don't like?
Unopened merch can come back within 30 days for a full refund. If a coffee isn't for you, tell us and we'll swap it for a different roast.
Can I pause or cancel my bean club?
Any time, from your account or by replying to any email from us. No minimum term, no fee, and no guilt trip either.
